Liability Waiver:
I am fully acquainted with Valley RFC youth programmes and acknowledge and accept the safety risks. I understand that although Valley RFC staff will take all reasonable care to ensure the safety of those  participating at the programmes, some risks are not known or may not reasonably be foreseeable at this time. I also understand that certain activities are designed such that the student may be physically separated from the Valley RFC leader(s). I confirm that I have the authority to make any decision on behalf of the child and I accept those risks, however caused, for myself and on behalf of the student and understand and agree that the Valley RFC leader(s), may make emergency medical decisions on my behalf for the child. I, for myself, and the student, to the extent permitted by law, hold Valley RFC harmless from and against any personal injury or death, or any loss or damage to property suffered by the child, which arises from or in connection with, or in the course of, the participation in this programme, or which is caused by or attributable to the activity or any act or omission of Valley RFC.

I understand that the images Valley RFC staff use may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
