Excel Detroit Volunteer Sign-up 2019
We're excited that you've considered signing up to help volunteer for the Excel Detroit program.
Excel is an after-school program at Cesar Chavez Academy High School (1761 Waterman St, Detroit, MI 48209).

This year, the program will run from Monday, July 15th - Friday, July 19th. Volunteers will need to be there from 2:00PM - 5:00PM on July 15th to July 18th. On Friday July 19th, we will be taking a trip to the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Friday's trip will leave early in the morning around 9am and return in the afternoon around 3pm.

Volunteers will support the program by teaching, helping with preparation, cleaning, and working with the youth each day.

To prepare for Excel Detroit 2019, we will be holding the following meetings. All volunteers need to attend the first two of these meetings:

Orientation on June 23rd at 4pm (required)
Work Day on June 30th at 4pm (required)
Follow-up Work Day on July 7th at 4pm (optional)

To participate, we ask that volunteers are active LIFE group members at Harvest Mission Community Church.
