Battle of the Books 2017 Question Template Grade 7-8

Thank you for writing 20 questions about one book for the grade 4/6 Battle this year!!!!!! All 20 questions need to be submitted by January 15th, 2018.

Please use the template below, twenty times, once for each question.
 Please do not include true/false, multiple choice or open ended questions. All questions submitted must have a crystal clear,definitive answer that can be found on a page in the book. Please make certain to include the page number of the answer, the title of the book, and your name and school for each question. Please do not write questions from front or back covers preface, index, title page, glossary or flyleaf. Please don't hesitate to call or e-mail me if you have any questions at all.

Please create:
8 simple, confidence-building questions (some of these should be "In what book.." questions.)
6 average questions for grade 4/6 and
6 extremely challenging questions.

Questions may be:
"In what book..." questions
(Example: In what book did a wolf try to blow down the houses of 3 pigs?) Answer: "The Three Pigs"

Short answer questions
(Example: What was in the basket Red Riding Hood carried through the forest to Grandma? )
Answer: Aspirin and cookies
(Short answer questions should have no more than 6 word answers.)

and quote questions
(Example: "In what book will you find the quote "Run, Run as fast as you can, you can't catch me...."?)
