Record Your Alternate Rotary Participation
Please complete this form if you have participated in a Rotary meeting or event outside of normal meetings. It will count toward your attendance. As a club, we expect all members to meet an 80% annual attendance goal.
Events that count toward weekly attendance include Rotary International events, District 7080 events, committee meetings, and personal work on club business that uses a significant amount of your time (answering an email doesn't count).
The club secretary (Heidi) will add alternate participation to your attendance records each month.  Please provide enough detail that she can understand it and record it properly.
