Submission Form for People's Poetry Prize (due May 1, 2017)
The Samaritans of RI Forget-Me-Not Gallery is hosting a People's Poetry Prize in celebration of National Poetry Month and coinciding with its current gallery exhibition, Abstracted Rainy Moments. This poetry contest has no entry fee. Anyone interested with submitting poems for consideration and voting in this contest must do so on the form below.

Poets are encouraged to visit the Samaritans Forget-Me-Not Gallery (at 67 Park Place, Pawtucket, Rhode Island) to be inspired by the art in the current exhibition, "Abstracted Rainy Moments" to write poetry -- part of this spring's Art Inspiring Poetry Events.

Limit of up to two (2) poems per person. All form fields must be filled out completely. There is no maximum or minimum length of poetry required. All applicants must be at least 14 years of age to qualify for this prize. Selected finalists will have their poems posted to the Samaritans of RI Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/The-Samaritans-of-Rhode-Island-135146746614916/) , where the public will vote for the winner.
