Co-operative Team Application-High School
The Cooperative Team program of the NSSAF is designed to support schools with High School Populations of 250 or less that do not have enough student population to field a team in one of the specified sports. Both schools must have a High School Population of 250 or less and the combined student populations will determine which division they will be placed in for competition.

Regulation 5.7:

5.7 Co-operative Teams:  
Schools with population less than 250 that do not have enough student population to field a team in one of the specified sports. Both schools must have a population of less than 250 high school students and the combined student populations will determine which division they will be placed in for competition.
5.7.1 The Co-operative Team must be applied for annually for approval.
5.7.2  The sports eligible for Co-operative Teams are:
    Baseball, Soccer, Volleyball, Hockey, Basketball, Softball.
5.7.3 Deadline for Co-operative team application is the declaration date set out in regulation 16 of the NSSAF Handbook.
5.7.4 The Co-operative Team must be approved by both Principals. One school may apply and the Executive    Director will contact Principals from both schools for final approval.  


NOTE THAT COOPERATIVE TEAMS MUST BE APPLIED FOR PRIOR TO DECLARATION DATE FOR THAT SPORT.
