Two years ago, the San Gabriel Mountains were designated a National Monument by President Obama. The US Forest Service is now tasked with creating and implementing a management plan for the mountains.

This plan will determine how the Forest Service will manage the lands, waters, wildlife and visitor experiences of the San Gabriels for the next 20 years. Help make history by protecting the future of our open space!
