A high-intensity workout involving strength building, muscle conditioning, cardio, and flexibility. These workouts will challenge your body to progressively improve performance using an interval approach.

Classes will be taking place for 8 weeks, on Monday  evenings Nov 26 -  Jan 28
 from  7-8 p.m.  Note: FFSS will be closed on Dec 24 and 31, 2018

1 night a week for 8 weeks $100.00


Location: Fenelon Falls Secondary School
