ISD 622 Concession Guidelines & Agreement July 1 - June 30
An officer of the organization must sign this agreement before a permit will be issued for concession stand use.

This agreement is in effect for all events sponsored by the organization during ISD 622’s fiscal year, which begins on July 1 and ends on June 30. This agreement must be renewed each school year that the concession stand is used. We will email you a copy of this agreement which will include the dates and school year that this agreement is valid for.

1)  Concession stand use must be requested on the permit application.

2)  Concession stand supplies may not be delivered without prior Community Education approval.

3)  Read and follow the guidelines posted in each concession stand. These guidelines will also be emailed with a copy of this agreement.

4)  Vending Machines
     a) Do not tape over coin/bill slots of any of the building’s vending machines at any time.
     b) Do not unplug any of the building’s vending machines at any time.
     c) You may place a sign on the vending machines to direct customers to support the fundraiser by purchasing concessions from the concession stand. Include your organization name on the sign.

5)  Do not use extension cords to plug in appliances.

6)  Do not plug appliances into outlets outside of the concession stand.

7)  Do not overload electrical outlets. Report outages immediately to the building supervisor so that he/she can reset the circuit breaker. (There is a refrigerator in the office behind the SKYVIEW concession stand that runs on the same circuit. If the circuit is tripped and is not reset it will result in property damage and food spoilage. Tournament sponsors will be responsible to pay any damage due to their negligence.)

8)  Food and drink should not be taken into the gymnasium. Groups must monitor the entrances to the gym. There will be an additional charge to tournament sponsors when team beverage containers are left in the gymnasium following an event.

9)  Users are responsible for cleaning the equipment and leaving the stand as it was found. A custodian will mop the floor if necessary.

10)  The concession stand is to be locked at all times when it is unattended.

11)  Check out with the Community Education Building Supervisor before leaving the concession stand at the end of an event.  Complete the Concession Stand/Gym Clean-Up Checklist and give it to the building supervisor before leaving.

Failure to follow these procedures may result in a group’s inability to use a concession stand in the future.
