Please use this form to register your team for our September 21st Tournament at Mill Creek Brewing Company. The tournament is capped at 24 teams; any team after that will be placed on a wait list, and will be notified the day before the tournament if there are spaces available.

Cost for each team to participate is $20 - Cash only and due at registration at the start of the event. This includes your teams first 2 pints on us! If you have questions, please email Liz@Millcreekbrewingco.com
