The information submitted through this form is used to update the "Enrollment Requirements by School" page on MySchoolDC.org for the SY19-20 lottery period. They hyperlink you submit in this form should take users to a summary page explaining what is required to enroll a child at your school for SY2019-20. This form will also let My School DC know if your school(s) is participating in Enrollment Saturday on April 27, 2019.
