Registration for Course Design with Canvas and Beyond Fall 2018
Welcome to Fall! The Center for Teaching and Learning is hosting hands-on work sessions for faculty who need to transfer their courses to Canvas and get them ready.  Two different sessions of Course Design with Canvas will be offered: Introductory, and Intermediate. Please register for the session(s) of your choice below.

We are also going to offer discussions on other topics on teaching and technology as below. All events are free and open to all Sac State faculty interested (TAs included).

All events will be hosted in AIRC 3005 unless otherwise noted. For more information, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

   - How to organize course content transferred over from SacCT
   - What are the equivalent of SacCT pages, items, folder, etc. in Canvas?
   - What are the major differences between SacCT and Canvas and what are the best ways to organize my course in Canvas?
   - How to organize content in Canvas
   - How to use Canvas features to engage students and assess their learning?
   - How do I manage the gradebook?
   - What are some effective strategies to keep students on track?
   - How to get my course ready for the upcoming semester?
