The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will become law in the UK on 25 May 2018 and it will have an effect on all organisations that use personal information. This covers all forms of electronic communications, including emails, texts, phone calls, Whatsapp messages, etc.

If you would like to receive electronic communications from the Vineyard School PTA, its committee, and its members (including class reps), please fill in this form.

Please rest assured that The Vineyard School PTA will not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent.

Please note you have the right to withdraw or make changes to the consent given on this form by emailing pta@vineyardpta.org.

Since the Vineyard School PTA is a small charity which is independent from the school, this form must be completed in addition to the GDPR form sent by the school. The Vineyard School PTA uses Google Drive to store and process data given on this form.
