IPS Pre-Training Form- Australia, New Zealand & Europe
We are excited you will be training folks in IPS in Australia, New Zealand or Europe.  

Please fill out this form before providing training to participants.  We will review it and issue approval (or questions!) shortly thereafter.

Please await approval before making any training arrangements - we ask that you complete this form within 4 weeks of the training start date.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ORGANISATIONAL TRAINERS ARE ABLE TO TRAIN WITHIN THEIR OWN ORGANISATION ONLY AT NO COST TO PARTICIPANTS TO ATTEND.

Please contact us first  (info@intentionalpeersupport.org) to discuss your training if:
- it does not meet these criteria
- you have changed organizations (the one you are asking to train in differs from the one on your training agreement
