I agree to be compliant with all age-appropriate Coach training requirements as per: (i) AYSO United, (ii) Coast Soccer League, and (iii) Cal South guidelines

I agree to provide evidence that I have completed AYSOU online Safe Haven & online Concussion Awareness courses within the previous 2 calendar years (2017 or 2018)

I agree to having age-appropriate Coaching licenses and certifications, as well as finding a qualified Team Manager for my team

I agree to fully support the AYSO United Rancho Conejo's “Give Back” Volunteer commitments to the Region where my team's train

I agree to uphold the AYSO Philosophies at all times, especially EVERYONE PLAYS (at least 1/2 of each match for which they are eligible), GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP and POSITIVE COACHING
