About COLAGE
COLAGE unites people with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and/or queer parents into a network of peers and supports them as they nurture and empower each other to be skilled, self-confident, and just leaders in our collective communities.

About the Youth Leadership Track
The COLAGE Youth Leadership Track (YLT) is a pathway to support leadership development for all people with LGBTQ parents or caregivers ages 7-21+ through multiple levels of leadership. With each level, new roles and responsibilities will become available. There is no time limit to how long youth choose to be a part of each level of leadership, only age requirements. The YLT entry program will teach participants about COLAGE and what it means to be an advocate within our community. To enter the YLT, participants need to complete this entry form and choose which level of leadership best fits their current relationship with COLAGE. From there, the Executive Director will connect them with a network of peers within their same leadership level.

Requirements
All participants of the Youth Leadership Track need to have attended at least one COLAGE program in their lifetime. COLAGE programs help YLT members understand more about COLAGE and our social justice framework. People who wish to join the YLT but have not attended a COLAGE program should contact the Youth Action Board (youthactionboard@colage.org) to learn more about upcoming events.
