January 27 Anchored Blessings Menu
This week we have something for everyone -- a little Mexican, some delicious Italian, comfort from your slow cooker and the perfect noms for your Superbowl gathering!  Check it out!

Whether you're a new customer or a seasoned Blessings veteran, you should know that all items prepared in the Anchored Blessings' kitchen are either frozen or are ready to be frozen.  Our meals are intended for your oven, slow cooker or even your grill.  But no matter the method, all come with prayers for those who will be receiving them.  We always include a "Please, Lord, let my kids eat this!" prayer already prayed over it!  

Orders placed by 8 pm SUNDAY January 27 will be prepared and ready for pick up Thursday-Sunday, January 31-February 3. We keep the order form live until we reach max capacity for orders but rest assured, if you miss the deadline, we generally work extras into our preparations so there will likely be inventory available for purchase.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:  The first image shown will be for the FULL-sized entree with a quantity bar beneath that.  The next selection with the same title but NO PHOTO will be for a HALF size of the same entree. Please be careful when making your selections. Not all items are always available for full and half sizes, obviously. Have you ever tried to make HALF a pot pie?  Not so easy!  

PICK UP: Once you make your entree selections, you choose which day you wish to pick up. Next, you pick your time frame.  Lastly, you can select "porch pick up" and your order will be placed in the cooler out front in a bag labeled with your name. Please be sure to only take the orders labeled for you as others may be picking up along the same time frame. Simply grab your bag and leave payment in the envelope. Grab and run. Talk about fast food! Pick up location is 1200 Pine Hurst Drive in Keller.

Still, if that doesn't work for your availability, like always, please simply choose "other" and fill in the information on the "Comments" section.  We will certainly do our best to accommodate your schedule, but will contact you if your request may need to be modified.

Entrees are $25 each and should easily serve a family of 4-5 (usually even more!)  Half orders are $15 each.

All the flavors of your traditional loaded baked potato come together in this comfort food staple. It's simply perfect for chilly days when you don't want to cook but know you have to eat. Does anyone have a day where you DON'T want a big bowl of yum topped with some cheese and bacon? I didn't think so! Guess what -- we've got you covered! Throw this in the slow cooker. Don your fuzzy pj's and tell everyone to keep their fingers out of the cheese and bacon bits! It'll be worth the wait. Top with some freshly diced green onion and a dollop of sour cream (or non-fat Greek yogurt -- SO MUCH less fat, more protein, same taste) and call it a day. You're welcome -- mic drop!

Chunks of tender chicken breast and bowtie pasta covered in a creamy, garlic-infused, homemade Parmesan sauce. Sun-dried tomatoes give a the little punch of color and an enhanced flavor to knock this dish right over the top! Serve with a Caesar salad and some crispy garlic bread, pour a glass of wine because -- dinner is DONE! So, kick back and enjoy your evening! Salut!

You can't get more tailgate ready than with a big ole batch of bacon cheeseburger sliders!  We aren't counting cholesterol this weekend, guys!  It's all about the big game and being able to enjoy it (and your company) rather than smell like you've been working the grill at Sonic Drive-In. (No offense to Sonic grill tenders -- we love you!  And your Rt. 44 drink makers... they're magical! Someone -- bring me a Diet Cherry Limeade with Vanilla STAT!) However, you don't need a giant burger or an oversized griddle to please a crowd -- just pans of bacon cheeseburger sliders! These are the perfect size to tame the hunger beast while still leaving room for all the other delicious snacky noms in your Superbowl spread.  Obviously, these don't include lettuce and tomato because... well, that would be gross.  Have you ever had your lettuce freeze because you've pushed it back too far in your fridge and then you needed it for something... only to pull it out and realize you're going to have green slime once it thawed? Was't that fun?  I didn't think so either. So, if you want some green stuff on your sliders -- buy it fresh!  If you want some tomatoes on your sliders -- grab a couple of Romas while you're out as they're the perfect size to slice for these little guys.  Maybe while you're at it, grab a few pickles too cause we won't freeze those either. Plus, kids and green things don't always mesh... but kids and perfectly portioned bacon cheeseburgers = WIN!

The ultimate comfort food. Satisfy your soul with this delicious and hearty, traditional entree. Over two pounds of perfectly seasoned beef, now served ready to thaw and cook in its own loaf pan. This is a family pleasing meal that can easily (and SHOULD) be accompanied with the traditional side of mashed potatoes or even macaroni and cheese. That will win over any meat-and-potatoes lover. You could also add a side of broiled Brussel sprouts to add a little color to your plate. Either way, this dinner is a winner! (See what I did there?)

Who doesn't love the taste of fajitas? But... who really wants to slave over a grill or a skillet waiting for everything to finish after a busy day at work? Or, who wants to SMELL a giant fajita after cooking them for dinner? Admit it... "fajita" isn't a best seller at the perfume counter! Want the filling without all the fuss? Anchored Blessings has your back! A generous portion of perfectly seasoned chicken with layers of onions and peppers waiting for you to thaw, bake and enjoy! These could easily be made into chicken fajita bowls served over rice for a gluten free meal. Or, you can go traditional and pair them with your choice of corn or flour tortilla, some guacamole, cilantro, salsa, sour cream and/or shredded cheese. Fajitas on a weeknight? ABSOLUTELY! "Lean and green" friendly.
