Fee Schedule & Payment Details

• Fee schedule may be divided into payments.
• 25% ($500) is due at signing.

• 50% ($1000) of my fee is non refundable once its payed.
• 100% of payment is due by 36 weeks gestation, unless otherwise discussed.
• After you submit the contract, you will receive an email from me with your invoice.
• Venmo / Zelle are the typical methods of payment
