Healthwatch Wirral is the new independent consumer champion created to gather and represent the views of the public.

Our vision is to ensure that the voice of the individual is heard and services are responsive to their needs; that everyone has the opportunity to have their say and understands how and when to access their local health and social care services.

As part of Healthwatch Wirral workplan, we would like to hear your views on the effectiveness of discharge processes at both Arrowe Park and Clatterbridge Hospitals.

Our aim is to to find out more about how patients are discharged from hospital in Wirral with a focus on the experiences of patients and of those supporting patients after discharge.
