The Term 1 school vacation will be from 20th Nov 2021 to 31st Dec 2021. If you are travelling abroad with your child(ren) / ward(s) during the vacation period, please inform the school of your travel plans by completing the details indicated below.  

After completion, please click "Submit" so that the school would be able to view the information.

If you have more than 1 child / ward studying in the school, you do not need to fill in another form.  You only need to indicate the name and class of your other child(ren) / ward(s) in the school.

All parents / guardians are to complete the form below.  If your child / ward is not travelling, please indicate "No".
