Blue Ribbon patches are awarded by our Service Unit for for High Standards of Troop Performance and Achievement during a troop year (September - May).  
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: all Troops must have two co-leaders; all girl and adult members must be registered Girl Scouts; and Troop must be current on Service Unit dues.  
This application is due by April 30th of the current troop year.  Your troop must earn or have a plan to earn 100 points by May 30 of the troop year.
 Award patches will be presented at the annual Leader Recognition Dinner and/or Service Unit Spring bridging event.
