NDSM College Preparatory High School Scholarship Application 2017 Form
Policies and Regulations
All graduates of Notre Dame School are eligible and encouraged to apply for the College Preparatory High School Scholarship Program.  However, students who meet the following criteria will be given priority to receive the maximum amount of scholarship aid.  

*At least a 2.7 grade point average
*20 parent volunteer hours from each school year
*No more than 6 unexcused absences from the current school year
*Status as a family with low income
*Portrays the values of Respect, Regalo and Responsibility on a regular basis

Students who do not meet all of the aforementioned criteria are still eligible for scholarship and will be considered based on their grades, attendance and economic situation.
 
Students who have been accepted through the Choice program at a school different from the one to which they are applying for a scholarship will not be given priority status.  In other words, if the applicant is applying for a Notre Dame scholarship but already has a Choice spot at a high school, the maximum scholarship priority will be given to other students who were not accepted into the Choice Program.  

Student who have a Choice voucher at a high school but who are being charged the difference from tuition are eligible to apply for the Notre Dame scholarship.  However all aforementioned criteria must be met.
