If you registered for this league as a TEAM, your captain and assistant captain are required to complete this quiz.  If you registered as an individual, please complete this quiz in order to complete your registration.

If one or both of your team members fails to complete this quiz by 11:59pm on January 27, 2017, your team will receive a -1 in their team's standings.
