PHASE 5: SASKCOLLECTION DATABASE APPLICANTS: May 2018
The Museums Association of Saskatchewan is looking for 5 institutional participants in the PHASE FIVE of a SaskCollections management database project, starting in May 2018.

PHASE 5 will require that participants utilize it regularly in order for MAS to continue to improve the system.  Participants will work with MAS and the software developer to migrate/enter in data from their established collections management system to assist with expanding the database for future users. MAS is asking for participants that are willing to commit significant time and effort into this project.

The project cost $200 for the first instalment  (Nomenclature 4.0, Storage, and Data Transfer), and $125 for each January after for data storage. If you are interested, please fill in the application form below.

Applications are due: May 16th, 2018.

Please Note: If you are accepted into the Database Program, we will be having a SaskCollections Database meeting on June 6, 2018 in Humboldt, SK (the day before the MAS conference) for all Database members, so mark your calendars!

If you have any comments, questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Kathleen at MAS.
