Summer Camp Job Fair Itinerary

This open house, networking opportunity will allow camp directors to engage with fellow camp directors, WIU faculty and students, and community members. Light refreshments will be provided.

Summer Camp Job Fair 11:00 am - 5:00 pm

Day and resident camps are invited to visit campus to interact with students, including a large number from the Chicagoland area. Attending the fair provides you with a wonderful opportunity to recruit students from a wide variety of majors, and to network with fellow camp directors. Last year's attendees had the opportunity to interact with 49 camp directors and more than 250 students. We expect this year’s Summer Camp Job Fair to be even larger.

The registration fee for presenting at the Summer Camp Job Fair is $75. The $75 covers the social, a box lunch, one one-day parking permit, one barracks style table, and access to electricity during the fair. Additional camp representatives will cost $25 per person.

There are four different lunch options available for Summer Camp Job Fair registraints. Please indicate which option(s) you and your associates prefer.

Please indicate the option(s) that you and your party want for lunch. Each person is limited to one lunch. The proceeding question will allow you to indicate the quantity of each lunch needed.

Option A: Caesar Salad -- Fresh romaine lettuce topped with grated parmesan cheese and homemade croutons. Served with traditional caesar dressing, a crusty roll with butter, a cookie, and a bottle of water.

Option B: Chef Salad — Mixed greens with ham, turkey, mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, hard boiled egg, tomato and cucumber. Served with your choice of salad dressing, cookie and a bottle of water.

Option C: Turkey and Swiss — Oven roasted turkey breast, swiss cheese, leaf lettuce, and slice tomato on a Ciabatta roll. Served with pasta salad, canned soft drink, and a cookie.

Option D: Roast Beef and Sharp Cheddar — Roast beef and cheddar on a ciabatta roll with horseradish cream spread. Served with pasta salad, a canned soft drink, a cookie, and a bag of chips.
