St. Michael's is pleased to be partnering with the Bon Air Community Center (BACA) to offer an after-school tennis program for Grades K-5.

The clinics will take place at BACA (or the St M gym on rainy days).  
The cost of the class is $155 for non-BACA members and $150 for BACA members.  

Class will run for 8 weeks from 3:15-4:15 p.m. and will be offered on the following dates:

- Tuesdays:        Grades 4-5, Session Dates - March 14- May 4
- Wednesdays:  Grades 2-3, Session Dates - March 15- May 5 (class on April 5 will go from 12:15-1:15 p.m.)
- Thursdays:      Grades K-2, Session Dates - March 16- May 6

The Tennis Instructor is Davis Toombs. Mr. Toombs has been teaching and coaching tennis in and around Bon Air for over 30 years. He has a Master's Degree in Health and Physical Education K-12. He is also a member of the Professional Tennis Registry with a Professional Rating. He will be using the USTA Quick Start Program as a guideline for our clinics. This is a progressive development program using shorter racquets and low compression balls on smaller courts. This setup allows the kids to be more quickly successful with their developing skills.

Equipment: Each student should bring a water bottle and wear athletic shoes. No sandals or flip flops, please! Also, Mr. Toombs has racquets for students to use, but if your child has their own and wants to bring it, that would be great.

Payment should be given to instructor on the first day of class. Make checks payable to Davis Toombs.
Minimum enrollment size needed to hold the class.

Note: To cover staffing before and after programs as well as general administration, an annual one-time $25 registration fee is billed for students taking advantage of St M enrichment programs. (This fee is waived if your child is enrolled in 3 or 5-day Extended Day.)
