BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

- All bookings are binding. ONLY cancellations for medical reasons are accepted providing you can produce a medical exam by a doctor supporting the claim.

- If a cancellation is made before 12.00 the day before the tour, and a medical is produced 100% of the tour price will be refunded. Please note that bank fees will not be refunded (for example 3% credit card fee). -Cancellations after 12.00 the day before the tour will result in NO REFUND.

- In case of a family with one member having a medical reason to cancel, this will count as a medical reason for the whole family to cancel, if all wish to do so.

- Monkey Dive Thailand will assist in providing supporting documentation for insurance claims.

- Monkey Dive Thailand reserves the right to alter or cancel any tour/course destinations and/or schedules due to local conditions and in the interest of safety. Please note that any cancellation made by Monkey Dive Thailand will result in a full refund, including any bank fees
