PSU Loading Zone Permit Request Form

Loading Zone permits are available upon request free of charge and are valid for 30 minutes in requested locations. Locations available are limited to general or restricted areas.

PERMIT USE & TERMS:

1.) Permit must be fully visible, face up on the dashboard of the vehicle. Permit is only valid for one vehicle at a time.

2.) Loading zone permits are NOT VALID in pedestrian zones, PSU park blocks, reserved or hourly parking spaces.

3.) MUST MAINTAIN RIGHT OF WAY
Vehicles parked on the street must maintain a 20-foot wide "fire lane" or through way for passing vehicles at all times. Regardless of permit, vehicles found to be blocking fire lanes will be subject to citation.

4.) TIME RESTRICTIONS
Permit may be used more than once per day, with minimum 2 hours between each use. Users must adhere to all posted time restrictions.

5.) Permits are the property of PSU Transportation & Parking Services and must be surrendered upon demand. Please report lost or stolen permits immediately.
