What is a Roan Partner?
A Roan Partner is a new designation for supporters who commit to sharing, engaging with, serving and investing in the Roan.

Through the years, the Roan has not only grown its alumni but also has expanded its connections in the community. We wanted to give a tangible way supporters could get involved with the Roan - not just once but through a commitment that we will recognize through the Roan Partner designation.

How do I become a partner?
Share. Include your involvement with the Roan on your resume and LinkedIn profiles. Tell others about the Roan and what being a Roan Scholar means to you. Follow us on social media and, when you see content that is meaningful to you, please like, comment and share content with your friends. *
Engage. Share your time, talents, knowledge and experience with Roan Scholars. Speak to a group, mentor a Scholar, provide shadowing or internship opportunities - these are just a few of the invaluable ways you can engage with Scholars. Use your experience and knowledge to show scholars multiple career paths and perspectives and help them understand the kind of leader they want to be. *
Serve. Offer your time, ideas, and talents. The Roan depends on community leaders to interview Roan nominees (Regional Selection Committee), to oversee the program's strategic direction and select each new class (Steering Committee), and to serve in other capacities as needed. *
Invest. Make a monthly or annual gift to the Roan. Your gift - no matter the amount - is an important endorsement for the program. Funded primarily by private contributions, we carefully steward our gifts to ensure a Roan Experience that empowers each Scholar to develop their leadership potential and make an impact - today and in the years to come. *
