Arkansas PTA is announcing Summer Leadership Conference 2018, to be held July 21 at Pinnacle View Middle School. located at 5701 Ranch Drive, Little Rock Arkansas. We invite vendors and other non-profits to attend. For those not able to attend, we invite you to send marketing information to include in every attendees welcome packet.

Arkansas PTA has limited commercial exhibit spaces available.  We extend to you the opportunity to exhibit during our convention.  As space is limited, please send your reservation in as soon as possible. BOOTHS: Booth spaces are 8’x 6’ in size (booth size may vary slightly subject to available space).  All materials and activities must be confined to the limits of the exhibit booth.  

INSTALLATION: Booths will be ready for exhibitors to set up at  7:30 AM on Saturday, July 21, 2018.

The exhibit area will be open from 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM.

Application for space and the acceptance of this application constitutes a contract to use the space assigned.  Payment is due in advance.  Payment should be sent with the contract by the deadline date of July 15, 2018. This information will automatically be emailed to you to print and include with your check payment.

Please print your registration confirmation email (this serves as your contract) and include it with your mailed payment. Please remember to mail your payment now: Arkansas PTA, P.O. Box 1015, North Little Rock, AR  72115. Regulation size booths are $100 each. Non-Profit tables are $50 and available on a limited basis only. Addition of marketing materials to our attendees welcome packet is $25 (see below for the physical shipping address, DO NOT send marketing information to our PO Box.
