JCI Wisconsin Trivia Night 2017
On Saturday, May 20, 2017 we will be hosting our inaugural Trivia Night! It takes place from 5 pm to 9 pm at Meadow Lanes North - Lower Level (1540 Johnston Drive, Manitowoc, WI 54220).
►$150 to Winning Team!
►Best team costume gets a $20 bar tab
►Silent auctions and raffles will be held throughout the night

Registration Details:
►6-8 people per team
►$100 per team (Includes pizza, breadsticks, 1 pitcher of beer, 1 pitcher of soda)
►Limited to 13 teams

To submit your entry fee via mail, make the check for $100 payable to "JCI Wisconsin" and it send to:

To submit your entry fee via PayPal follow these instructions:
1. Go to www.PayPal.com and login to your account
2. In the menu bar select “Pay or Send Money”
3. Select “Send money to friends or family” and enter the following info:
  • In the “To” field enter evp@jciwisconsin.org
  • Enter $100 in the amount to send
  • Be sure to use your PayPal balance and/or a bank account. Please do not use a credit card because of the fee.
4. Add a note that includes the team captain's name
5. Click "Send" and you're all done!
