FAS/SEAS JupyterHub Request Form
This form is designed to gather the information most commonly needed to create JupyterHub instances for use in FAS/SEAS courses. The anticipated turnaround time for requests is two business days. If a request will take longer than that to complete, a representative from Academic Technology for FAS will be in touch with the contact person listed on the form to provide an update.
