MDO Stay & Play Fall Session (September 26th- November 15th)
Join us for an extra hour of preschool fun!

STAY & PLAY IS FOR FULLY POTTY TRAINED CHILDREN 3 to 5 years of age.
MDO offers After-School Stay & Play from 1:00 to 2:00 pm. TUESDAY and/or WEDNESDAY

How to Register:  
Enroll your child in our After-School Program by completing this After-School Enrollment Form.
Choose either TUESDAYS OR WEDNESDAYS for the entire seven-week session, or sign up for BOTH DAYS. 

  • 7 classes: Tuesdays $80
  • 7 classes: Wednesdays $80
  • 14 classes: Both Days $150 (non-refundable)
  • Drop-In: You may choose the drop-in option when space is available. As a drop-in student, the fee is $15 per class. Please email mdojbcdirector@gmail.com to make sure space is available for a drop-in student.

Payments: Cash or Check PAYABLE TO MDO @ JBC. We do not have the option to pay online for stay and play. Thank you :)
 
PICK UP LOCATION: 2:00 PM: Pull up to the playground for pick up

>>>PLEASE NOTE: It is subject to change based on parent interest and teacher availability. A session can be canceled if a minimum of 8 (max 14) children do not register. We cannot guarantee drop-in availability. Do not wait until the end of the day to request drop-in.  Classes are not made up due to inclement weather/fcps closings.

In the event of an emergency, the MDO has my permission to provide first aid and seek  whatever medical assistance is necessary. I understand that class ends at 2:00, a late fee of  $25 will be charged if my child is not picked up on time. *
