As I begin planning for the 2017 season, its very important for me to find out how the 2016 season went from your perspective as a CSA shareholder. All responses are anonymous if you want them to be and your honest feedback and constructive criticism are highly encouraged. Even if you don't plan on being in the CSA next year, your opinions are still valuable (maybe even more valuable!). I would also love to hear what you really liked. If you plan to continue with the CSA, this is your chance to shape and improve the CSA for your benefit. Community Supported Agriculture means community input.

I encourage providing as much detail as possible in your answers, but I realize that you may not have the patience for this, so I would prefer you complete the survey with shorter answers rather than get bogged down with detailed answers and not finish.
