Bournemouth RAG and it's partnered charities are recruiting challenge leaders for the 2017/2018 academic year. To be a challenge leader you don't need to have any qualifications and you won't be expected to physically lead the challenge, you'll be trained in how to motivate your volunteers and get the best out of their fundraising efforts. In return, (depending on the charity) you are usually rewarded with a reduced fundraising target for your own challenge.

This is a phenomenal opportunity to gain valuable skills, meet amazing people, and make a real change.
Past challenge leaders have since gone on to be a part of the RAG Leadership Team and some now even work in the third sector!
