Permission to Leave School Grounds
On days of "Double-Session" band practices (morning AND afternoon sessions), students may leave school grounds to get lunch from noon to 1:00 pm. They often carpool with other students to local fast food places. With this form, you will either grant or deny permission for your child to leave during lunch.
