At BGCM, we recognize that your time and talent are precious, and we would like every minute you spend with us to be worthwhile. Our primary goal is to keep our youth, families, staff, and volunteers safe. For this reason, we ask that you spend a few moments completing this application. The information you provide will allow us to find the best match between your skills and interests and the opportunities available.
Below you will find questions regarding your background, former residences, places of employment, etc. To determine whether all candidates applying to BGCM does so with the right intentions, we trust you will understand that the information we require is asked to make an active effort to prevent abuse. In addition, although we may know some applicants quite well, we still reserve the right to conduct background and reference checks on all staff. Gathering such information is one of the many ways we help protect children and other vulnerable individuals served by BGCM.
