My name is Oscar Limoke, a graduate student at The University of Liverpool Online Programmes {https://www.online.liverpool.ac.uk/}. I am requesting your support in participating in this survey, being conducted as part of my dissertation project in partial fulfillment for my course requirements for the award of a degree in Master of Science in Information Systems Management. There is no restriction or requirements to participating in this survey. Your participation would totally be anonymous and no personally identifiable data would be collected. Overview
The aim of my research is to understand how users adopt and use software/platforms when encouraged/persuaded by some form of reward mechanisms. Further,  the study would  explore to what extent the rewards can be be an effective persuasive mechanism to the use and encouragement of contributions to online crowdsourcing platforms. The nature of rewards would be evaluated as either being monetary or non-monetary and the time/moment  the reward is awarded will have a significant impact on software adoption and user retention.

To explore these and more other study parameters, I am developing a community based crowdsourcing  platform for developing a Glossary for the Kimaragoli Language that is/would be available online. Although the IT artifact would be restricted to users who have the ability to speak and write the Kimaragoli Language, the same condition does not apply to the participation in this survey. This survey would help me collect data for purposes of analysis and testing of my hypothesis. All responses collected would only be used for this purpose or related academic work only. No other use of responses would be made. All data collected would be destroyed at the end of the study project. No personal identifiable information would be collected and all responses would be treated as confidential. If at any point during the survey you wish to withdraw your participation, you can terminate your involvement without explanation and your responses will not be recorded.

Notes on Artifact
-->Any participants, who would like to participate in the IT Artifact as a beta tester would get a reward of a cool limited edition T-Shirt.
