Transforming RVA 2017
Program Description
This program provides the opportunity for ENLP alumni to learn from four seasoned and successful local leaders who are making a remarkable difference in Richmond.  Participants will learn about transformational leadership and have an opportunity to reflect on their own leadership.

Goals
The program aims to inspire ENLP grads to continue to be agents of positive change for our community.  Through the program, participants will:
1. Learn about the key competencies involved in transformational leadership, such as disruptive innovation.
2. Gain insight into the changing landscape of our City, and
3. Sharpen their own leadership tools related to transformational leadership.
