It is hoped the following questionnaire will allow parents the opportunity to contribute to the formulation of a Cumbernauld Academy Monitoring, Tracking and Reporting policy. Please answer all questions as honestly as possible. The responses given in this questionnaire are recorded anonymously.

At present we formally report three times a year to parents in the BGE. Twice using an interim reporting format and once using a full written comment based reporting format. Taking the latest government guidance into consideration what would your preference be for future reporting?

Differentiate progress within levels i.e. "Early stages of level 3, working towards achieving level 3 outright"

Parents' meetings

Parents' meetings are another important means of communication. Please indicate your preferences with regard to the location of the meetings. The issues around noise and with potentially having to travel around the school have been raised. In addition the timing of parents' meetings requires some consultation

I prefer to have meetings in the assembly hall and common room
