GAGE Dance Clinic with Tiffany Davenport (Coach Registration)
THIS CLINIC WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FIRST 50 ATHLETES!

Tiffany Davenport (Assistant Coach at GAGE) will be presenting Armine Barutyan-Fong's dance curriculum.

Please use this form to register for the "GAGE Dance Clinic with Tiffany Davenport" on Saturday, June 30th from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm at Midwest Twisters - Hartland.  Cost is $50 per coach & $50 per athlete.  Each coach may bring 3 athletes... maximum of 6 athletes per club.  ONE FREE coach for every 3 athletes registered.  Please be sure to follow Safe Sport travel guidelines.

Coaches and athletes need to bring a bag lunch as there may not be time to leave the facility for lunch.
