We are very pleased that you are ready to sign up to our Future Conversations Train The Trainer which will take place in London at The Lumen Centre (88 Tavistock Pl, Kings Cross, London WC1H 9RS) Jan 15-17th, 2018.

PLEASE FILL IN THIS FORM IN AS MUCH DETAIL AS POSSIBLE AS IT WILL HELP US TO TAILOR THIS TRAINING TO YOUR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS TO MAXIMISE YOUR LEARNING POTENTIAL.

Filling this form will take about 10- 15 min.

Please note this is an intensive training and this is the time commitment:
15th 10:00- 5 pm, then 6-9 pm for facilitation practice coaching
16th 9:30- 5 pm, then 6-9pm for facilitation practice coaching
17th 9:30- 4pm

The facilitation practice coaching is not mandatory (unless you are part of the Future Conversations pilot program), though it is recommended you attend as from day 2 onwards participants will be invited to facilitate some of the sessions and learn by practicing in a safe space.
This can be very powerful and useful, so please do what you can to assist to this coaching sessions.
