Welcome to the 2018-2019 Boys' Soccer Registration!  (GRADES 7-12)

Please complete the registration, review the MSHSL contract health questions and eligibility rules and then electronically sign.  Please be sure to select the "SUBMIT" button at the end.

Fees are paid to the Fairmont Soccer Association.  At the end of this registration, please go to their website for more information.

Sports physicals need to be turned in to the Activities Office by Wednesday, August 9th.  Students are not allowed to practice until a sports physical has been received and recorded with the activities office and coaches have been notified.  Please allow time for this process to be completed.
