CDI UK Committee Recruitment
Please complete the following form if you intend to apply for a CDI UK committee position. Please note that in order to apply for a committee position, you must be a current university student in Cambridge, UK in the 2017-18 academic year.

In addition to this form, we request that you write a concept note addressing your motivations for applying, what you intend to bring to CDI in your role, and a vision for the organisation in 2017-18. Please do not exceed more than A4 one page. Furthermore, we prefer that you present your ideas as concisely as possible and in a professional manner. In your concept note, please include the following:

Section I: Motivations and Experience
Explain the reasons why you are interested in being part of the CDI and what skills / experiences make you the best candidate for the role(s). Please try and link this section to the role descriptions given for your desired role (found on the website).

Section II: Short-term & Long-term Vision
Present your vision and goals for CDI as an organisation in the 2017-18 year and over the next 5 - 10 years, and how you intend to achieve this in your role. You are free to address any aspects of the organisation in this section including but not limited to: organisational sustainability and scaleability, relationship between CDI & Kite, partnerships, organisational structures, etc.

Please send your concept note to director.uk@cambridgedevelopment.org by 6pm on Friday 20th October 2017. Please note that only one concept note is required, regardless of the number of roles you are applying for. You will be contacted via email to arrange an interview, which will take place the week beginning 23rd October.

Commitment to CDI *
We expect all committee members to commit themselves to working on behalf of CDI throughout the academic year, during a 10 day period in December 2017, and during the two-month summer project period in 2018. Accommodations to this policy will only be made if you have mitigating circumstances such as sudden health issues or an early start dates for clinical school/other graduate courses. Please indicate that you understand and will abide by this policy.
If you cannot commit to working on behalf of CDI for the full 2017-18 year, please describe your circumstances below.
