2019 - 2020 Kindergarten Registration
Dear Parents/Guardians,

Do you have a child who will enter kindergarten or first grade for the first time next fall?  If so, please complete the form below so that we may begin planning for the 2019-2020 school year.  

To be eligible for kindergarten, a child must be five years old before September 1st.  To enter first grade without experience, a child must be six years old before September 1st.  All immunizations must be completed before school begins.

You may complete this form or request a paper form at any of our elementary schools.  Completed paper forms may be dropped off at any of our elementary schools or the Administration Office located adjacent to Wrightsville Elementary School.  Alternately, you may mail the completed paper form to Eastern York School District, Attention Kimberly Nickle, Pupil Services Specialist, P.O. Box 150, Wrightsville, PA 17368.

After we receive this form, you will hear from us with information on completing your child’s registration in early spring of 2019.  We appreciate your assistance in this first phase of kindergarten planning and registration.
