San Diego Modern Quilt Guild                        2018 Member Registration
San Diego Modern Quilt Guild (SDMQG) membership includes membership in the national Modern Quilt Guild.  To register with the SDMQG, please complete the following registration form and submit your dues.  

Dues are $50 if you join before July 1st, and pro-rated to $25 if you join on or after July 1st.  Dues may be paid in person at a meeting, by mail or via Venmo or PayPal.  Details on how to pay dues will appear once you submit this form.
