Description: Successful leaders understand the importance of savvy communication. They have an solid understanding of their own unique style of leadership as well as the capacity to understand, mange, and lead others. This precept will examine strategies to assess your personal leadership style, understand four basic types of communicators, and examine ways to better mange, lead and persuade a global, diverse population. The session is meant to explore the similarities and differences in how people communicate and lead, as well as how to effectively build camaraderie, manage challenging communicators, and asses the best environment for your own personal leadership style.
