Back to Our Roots: Building a Community Pride
Columbus is desperately in need of a pride that is built by and for the community & that specifically prioritizes people of color. Black Queer & Intersectional Columbus (BQIC) is hosting a community townhall on Sunday, November 12, 2017 focused on building a grassroots community pride to take place in June 2018. All are welcome and encouraged to attend!
Here is the Facebook event page for more info:

We also ask folks to fill out this survey with your wishes and needs for a community pride, in addition to how you or your organization (if you're in one) can support. We will prioritize the responses of people of color, especially LGBTQIA+ people of color, for planning the June 2018 pride event(s). If you are a white ally, you will be directed to a page to tell us how you can best offer support.
