In advance of  ICANN60 we are requesting persons to demonstrate their willingness to substitute for Garth Bruen for the the meeting and be active in all the meetings.  We will  request all expressions of interest to be completed by July 21st at 23:59 pm. An independent committee of three NARALO members will meet within the next week upon closure. The decision needs to submitted to ICANN before July 28th for Constituency Travel.
This committee will select the primary traveller and a second choice in case the primary traveller will not be able to travel.
