Winter Creative Kids Camp Registration
Complete this form to register for MHS Art Club's "Kid's Winter Creative Camp."

Camp hours will be December 5, 7, and 12 from 4:00 pm-5:15 pm in Room 69 at McMinnville High.

Advanced art students (ages 15-18) will be running the camp under teacher supervision (Christine Garrison, Visual Arts Teacher), so please understand this is a fundraising experience for the high school art club.

PAYMENT INFO:

Payments ($20/session) can be made in Cash or Check to MHS Bookkeeper Tracy Brandt in the Main Office of McMinnville High under the "Art Club-After School" account from the hours of 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday-Friday.  Please pay before the first day of camp.

Space is limited to 15 students per session. There will be roughly a 4-1 student-teacher ratio.

Please make sure your student is on time and will be picked up from the classroom at the close of the session. You may observe in the classroom or drop your child off for the event.
